Andrea Jane Corr, MBE Andrea Jane Corr is an Irish singer-songwriter and musician. Corr, along the likes of Caroline Sharon and Jim, first made their appearance as The Corrs' lead singer in the year 1990. Andrea Corr, an Irish singer, musician and songwriter is part of The Corrs. The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire was conferred upon Andrea Corr, and she's also well-known as the leader of The Celtic Folk and Pop-Rock group The Corrs. Andrea plays a variety of musical instruments as well as sings for The Corrs. Andrea made her acting debut in 1991. In the following years, she developed into an experienced actor and musician on stage. She was a voice actress on The Warner Bros. 1998 animated film The Quest for Camelot. She has six studio albums, two compilation albums two live albums as well as a remix album, Andrea is firmly established as a multi-faceted artist. Additionally, she has earned the recognition she deserves for her work with charities. Andrea is the wife of her stockbroker partner and has two children. Andrea started learning to play the piano with a Tinny. Gerry taught her to play piano. Andrea can also play the ukulele. She spent her entire teenager years honing her singing skills. She worked with her sisters and brothers to become the singer for the group. Andrea was a student at the Dun Lughaidh Convent which is where she performed frequently in school-related performances.
